Symptom

Extended Procedure fails due the following error:

The function sybesp_dll_version(), which returns the Open Server API version of the DLL, is missing in the loaded DLL 'E:\sybase\ASE-16_0\esplib\mylib'. So, XP Server will not attempt to do version matching but will continue.
