3009285 - Permission list empty error in Employee Central Effective Dated Entities for OnboardingExternalUser Permission Role - Onboarding

When trying to access the Employee Central Effective Dated Entities for the OnboardingExternalUser Permission Role, the user receives the following error: "Assertion failed: Permission list empty error is thrown and the list is blank.".

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login to the instance
2. Go to manage permission role
3. Select OnboardingExternalUser  permission role. Click on permission button
4. Select Employee Central Effective Dated Entities. Following error is thrown: Assertion failed. Permission list empty

In the Configure Document Management, the option SucessFactors has to be selected.

After enabling SuccessFactors in the Configure Document Management, you need to perform an OData API Metadata Refresh. For more details about OData API refresh, please refer: 2171588 - OData API Metadata Refresh and Export in SuccessFactors Cloud
