3009453 - Concur integration - Error: "404 Not Found - List Does Not Exist" - List API (listCategories)

Symptom

When performing a Connection test under transaction CTE_SETUP, you receive error 404 in any or all the API lists for the Cost Objects, but for all other APIs you received a successful message (200).
