3009466 - 404 Not Found error when accessing Cloud system

The issue is solved.

When customer access Cloud system, they get below error and can’t access the system:

404 Not Found - You did not enter a valid URL

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The IAS tenants URL was changed:
OLD URL: https://<Tenant ID>.accounts.ondemand.com
NEW URL: https://<Tenant ID>.accounts.sapcloud.cn

Since the latest URL is not loaded into the metadata, when accessing Cloud system, it will redirect to the not valid URL, so 404 error happens.

The metadata needs to be refreshed by operation team.
