3009619 - Why the data in "Display Supplier Summary - China" and "Manage Supplier Line Items" app are different

There is a field named "Current Debit in LC" in "Display Supplier Summary - China" app.
It can link to"Manage Supplier Line Items" app, but the data under "Current Debit in LC" is not same.

1. Open app "Display Supplier Summary - China"
2. Click the data under "Current Debit in LC"
3. Click "Manage Supplier Line Item" and it can link to this app

"Current Debit in LC" data is displayed from different Views in two apps.
"Display Supplier Summary - China" is a China localization app, it retrieves data from table ACDOCA and displays "Current Debit in LC" data from General Ledger View.
"Manage Supplier Line Items" is a FI general app and it displays "Current Debit in LC" data from Entry view.

There is an app named "Display Line Items In General Ledger" which can see all the Journal Entries and can check data with "Display Supplier Summary - China" app.
