3009716 - Reference Location apps ( Create , Change , Display ) missing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • The apps for Reference Location (IL11, IL12, IL15) are missing in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  • The fiori library shows the Reference Location apps as available only on SAP S/4HANA(Private Cloud and On-Premise) but not SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
  • The SSCUI 101889 has description "Create Structure Indicator for Reference Locations / Functional Locations" but the apps for Reference Locations are not available.
