• (ONB) Continue Onboarding process Template is sent before onboardee has logged into system or completed PDC
• Content of Continue Onboarding Process email is misleading as onboardee as not logged in yet
• I receive the “Continue Onboarding Process” email before I’ve even logged in or started Personal Data Collection.
• The email arrives too early in the workflow, referencing steps I haven’t completed yet, which is confusing.
• The message content is misleading because it assumes I’ve finished prerequisite actions that I haven’t done.
• The sequence of notifications feels out of order, prompting me to take actions before the system is ready for me to do so.
• Overall, the timing and content don’t match my actual onboarding progress, creating uncertainty about what I should do next.
