3009826 - Approved and Deleted Job Requisitions are still appearing on Consolidated Emails - Recruiting Management

When Consolidated Emails are being used for Job Requisitions for Document Routing Notice, some Approved and Deleted Job Requisitions are still showing from the Email Notification.

1. Log in to Bizx.

2. Enable the Consolidate notifications for the same recipient into one single email.

3. Some Approved and Deleted requisitions are being added from the email received.

When a Job Requisition has been added to a consolidated email, it will still be added as it doesn't matter if the Job requisition is approved or deleted until it has not yet received on a consolidated email.

This is an expected behavior and the only way to change this is to disable to consolidated email settings.
