3009834 - E2E BI HOUSEKEEPING Job Cannot Delete From Usage Logging DSOs or UPL InfoCube

The Job E2E BI HOUSEKEEPING is unable to delete data from some Usage Logging DSOs, leading to a large growth of the associated tables.

Investigating the Spool Logs of the jobs, the following logs were observed:

Deleting Data from  0SM_UPLDD                      Deletor ID:     1 (deletor id here as an example only)
System Failure:
Time limit exceeded
Switch cube back to planning mode.
System Failure:
0SM_UPLDD is not an InfoCube
