3009932 - Decimal Number issue when admin use Import Data tool to import question

Decimal number display abnormal in Answer Choice Value while using Import Data to import question

Reproducing Steps:
1. System Administration > System Management Tools > Import Data > Record Type: Question
2. Import File that contains decimal number in Answer Choice Value, for exmaple: 1.7
3. Content > Question Library > Search for the imported question > Answer Choice Value displays not 1.7 but 1.6999999999999999555910790149937383830547332763671875

* numbers like 0.5 stay the same, but other decimal number will all face the issue

・1.2　⇒1.9999999999999999・・・・
・1.3　⇒1.3000000004408920・・・・
・0.5　⇒0.5

For the decimal numbers in the excel file, please use <p> tags. For example, 1.7 needs to be <p>1.7</p>
