• Translations have been entered for Manager New Hire Activities Checklist in multiple languages: Portuguese, Chinese, Czech, Spanish, etc. but only English displays. No other translations display.
• Onbordee sees New Hire Activities in the wrong locale/language

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In Onboarding, when Checklist Activity gets created, it will set checklist titles based on the Hiring Manager's locale, not on the Onboardee locale, eg: if Hiring Manager locale is Spanish, checklist item will be created in Spanish (if the translation is maintained, see KBA).

In order to create Checklist items with titles with English, Hiring Manager of the Onboardee should have the same language, in this example: in English.

Please note: Once an the Activity is created, the language cannot be changed.
