3010105 - /SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA queue is stuck in EWM SMQ2 with error message no. /SCDL/ICC001

A user created an inbound delivery in ECC side with destination to an EWM-managed location and assign a batch that does not exist in warehouse yet to the delivery item material. When finishing the delivery creation process in ECC, the user found that the new batch is not created automatically in MSC3N transaction and the queue to create the respective inbound delivery in EWM side (/SCWM/INB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA) is stuck with the following error message in SMQ2 of EWM:
