3010119 - Warehouse Order Missing in Inventory Allocation Data Source

You have created the Pick Task for the Warehouse Order XXX and even so, the document is missing in Inventory Allocation data source.

XXX = Warehouse Order ID

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Analytics work center. 
2. Go to Design Data Sources view.
3. Search for the Inventory Allocation data source. 
4. Click Preview. 
5. Go to View.
6. Click Add Fields to Row.
7. Add Warehouse Order ID field.
8. You can see there is no Warehouse Order ID XXX.

The data source Inventory Allocation only displays the allocation information for the outbound process against Logistics Areas where the stock exists.
In case of Warehouse Order XXX, the relevant material is allocated against a Logistics Area which does not have any stock, and hence this Logistics Area and the Warehouse Order is not displayed in the result.

As the report only displays the allocation for Logistics Area where the stock exists, the system is working as expected.
