3010129 - Some records are skipped in connector file with no error or exception

After a connector file has been processed there are records that were skipped and no error or exception is shown, nor any notification or logs of what records were skipped.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Upload the input file on the SFTP location >
2. Access Learning Administration >
3. Navigate to System Administration > Connectors and select the type of connector to be used >
4. Schedule the connector to run >
5. After the connector runs, click on View Results > View Details
6. Notice that no exception was received >
7. Search for one of the records present on the input file >
8. Notice that the record was not created on the environment.

• Normally when one escape character is used the system throws an error because there needs to be a second one.
• When two escape characters are used such as " everything in-between the two are skipped.

Remove the escape characters from future files.
