SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. The Candidate complete personal data collection
2. Expect Country Compliance tile to be triggered
3. However no tile appears

1. When troubleshooting UK Compliance issue:
2. Check if global filter is required, please refer to KBA 2993877
3. Check what is the Legal Entity entered in NHDR
4. Does this Legal Entity have country of United Kingdom, United States, or the specific country
5. Does a Work Location value exist in NHDR for the candidate
6. Ensure country is United Kingdom in Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures

If value exists for Work Location, compliance will trigger based on this, if there is no value then compliance will trigger based on Legal Entity.

Follow these steps:

1. Check if the work Location had country value which was not United Kingdom, United States or the specific desired country.
2. Change work location to value with country of  United Kingdom, United States or the specific desired country.
3. Restart the Process and compliance will be triggered.
