3010165 - Generating Document Generation Template Results in Corrupted Output File

Generating a document generation template from the generate document feature outputs a corrupted file, which cannot be opened.

 Happens when downloading the file, but not when it is emailed.

1.  Go to Generate Document
2.  Choose any template and download the template for a user

Special Characters in the title of the document generation template cause the issue

If there is comma's or special characters in the title of the document generation template, this issue will occur. Please remove the special characters from the template and it will fix the issue
