Old version is seen on writer node after in-place upgrade.
- Version space is not getting clear.
- Restarting all nodes within cluster by bringing down writer nodes first and then coordinator and starting coordinator first and then writers does not help.
- Bringing down writer nodes, performing catalog sync and then bringing them up does not help.
