3010230 - What Makes a Curriculum Complete or Incomplete - LMS


This solution article explains what makes a curriculum complete or incomplete.


The Complete status is achieved when any of the following occur:

  1. All required items in the curriculum have been successfully 
    completed and recorded
  2. The effective date of each item is in the future
  3. Some of the required items are complete and the remaining required items have an effective date in the future
  4. The requirements have been met

The Incomplete status is in effect when any of the following occur:

  1. A new curriculum is assigned to a user and the effective date for any required items is in the past
  2. Any required item has not been successfully completed and recorded
  3. A completed item's retraining interval date has passed
  4. The curriculum is modified with a new or revised item, and the effective date is not set for a future date
  5. The requirements have not been met
