• Missing tax rate for tax condition in the app Set Tax rates - Sales.
• The tax rate, which was used in an earlier validity period, seems to be vanished.
• No tax rate is available for a validity period. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the Set Tax Rates - Sales app
2. Enter the tax condition type
3. Select the key combination
4. Enter country
5. Execute
6. Select a line
7. Go to 'Validity Periods'

The condition record for the old validity is missing, because the condition record of that validity period has been overwritten.

Check the change documents for the condition:

1. Go to the Set Tax Rates - Sales app
2. Enter the tax condition type
3. Execute
4. Select the condition line
5. Go to More / Environment / Changes / Per Condition Record

Create a new condition record with the old validity in the Set Tax Rates - Sales app

1. Go to the Set Tax Rates - Sales app
2. Enter the tax condition type
3. Select the key combination
4. Enter country
5. Enter Valid on: as valid from date
6. Execute
7. Enter in a new line the missing tax rate with the data:
   
   • Tax classification customer
   • Tax classification material
   • Amount
   • Valid from
   • Valid To
   • Tax code
8. Save
