3010549 - Insights not showing in Learning (LMS) module page

• The Insights icon is not visible in the Learning (LMS) module page after enabling a tile for this page in Manage Insights.
• The Insights icon is available for other module pages except Learning.
• All Insights pre-requisites and permissions are granted.
• If we place the same Tiles assigned to the Learning page to other module pages like Compensation, Career Development, Recruiting, etc., the Tiles are available in Insights.

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Insights
2. Go to the Learning tab
3. Enable a tile for this page by selecting from the list of Available tiles and clicking Add
4. Save the change
5. Go to the Learning module from the BizX Main menu
6. Observe that the Insights icon or panel does not show up anywhere in the page

There is no Dashboard or Ad Hoc domain that sources data from Learning(LMS).  Moreover, LMS is a URL-based module (Not a SF native application), means it is configured manually for instance and integrated via Provisioning, due to this the Insights are not supported for LMS module.

Insights are not supported for the Learning (LMS) module even if it is possible to enable tiles for this page.

There reason why the Learning page is in Manage Insights is because all modules will be present in the Manage insights page based on instance configuration as per current design.
