3010826 - Automated Test plan execution failed - Data issue

While executing a test plan in "Test your process" Application, the Read action fails with following error message;

"[DATA_ISSUE: Obtained Export :'' does not match the pattern in value:'Details have been saved for the run on (.*) XXXXX' ]

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open "Test your Process" App.
2. Select the Test plan.
3. Execute the Test plan.

Data issue occurs mostly when the data provided in the custom variant is incorrect.

Firstly, check the screenshot for the failed 'Read' action in 'Test your process' App. In the screenshot, the correct value that is exported is displayed. Compare the value in the screenshot with the value in the error message.

Example: The action fails with error message - Obtained Export :'' does not match the pattern in value:'Details have been saved for the run on (.*) XXXXX', But in the screenshot you can see that the Data exported was 'Details have been saved for the run on (.*)YYYYY'

This is because in the variant for Read action, the value provided is incorrect. That is, the previous actions have the value YYYYY, but in the failed read action the value is provided as XXXXX.  The value for the read action has to be provided as YYYYY instead of XXXXX.

To correct your variant, follow the below steps:

1. Open App "Manage your test process".
2. Select your test process.
3. Open the process step.
4. Click 'edit' button.
5. In the Read action, provide the correct data in the field "Value".
6. Save.
7. Proceed to execute the failed test plan with corrected variant.
