3010857 - Quant blocked for inventory but there is no active WM inventory document

Symptom

  • You cannot move Warehouse(WM) stock because the quant is blocked. 
  • The Quant is blocked due to an active inventory(ie LQUA-SKZSI = 'X')
  • The bin that the quant is in is not blocked. 
  • The quant is in a Handling Unit (HU) managed storage location.
