Symptom
- Table fields defined in the goal plan template are not visible when creating a goal via the Continuous Performance page (Latest Version of Continuous Performance Management).
- An error "This page might be temporarily unavailable or you might not have permission to access it." occurs when trying to create a goal via the Continuous Performance page.

Reproducing the Issue
Prerequisite: Latest Version of Continuous Performance Management enabled. Caution: Once you’ve enabled the latest version of Continuous Performance Management, you cannot go back to the previous version.
- Navigate to the Continuous Performance page
- Select the "View by Goal" tab
- Select "Create Goal"
Table fields (metric-lookup-table, tasks, milestones) defined in the goal plan are not visible in the Create Goal dialogue window:

5. Select "Add Goal"
The table fields are visible when adding a goal via the Goal Plan:
Resolution

This is currently a difference when creating a goal via Continuous Performance - table fields defined in the Goal Plan template will not be surfaced in the Create Goal dialogue window.

If a table field is set as required="true" in the Goal Plan template, when creating a goal via Continuous Performance an error will be thrown and the goal will not be created successfully.
