3011019 - How to Enable The Competitor Product Information Preview Pane

You want to enable the Competitor Product Information in Accounts.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Log in to the system with your business user.
2. Go to Customer then Accounts work center.
3. Open any account.
4. Go to Relationships facet.
5. Click on relationship Type
6. The preview pane is not appearing.

Competitor Products is List Detail area and it is persDisable by default by application. Means, you need to enable it for Personalization then un-hide it on screen.

You need to enable it via personalization.

1. Start adaptation mode.
2. Select the Relationship section.
3. Navigate via arrow until "Pane Variant" layer.
4. Drill down List Details into Competitor Products.
5. Un-hide it.
