3011020 - Missing workflow templates in the Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions app - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Workflow templates WS02000458 and WS02000471 are active on the back-end system. However, when opening the Manage Workflows for Purchase Requisitions app, these templates are not present in the URL.
