3011121 - How to remove RFCDES table entry with RFCTYPE is blank

Symptom

An entry exists in table RFCDES with a blank connection type value. This entry does not appear in transaction SM59 and cannot be deleted through standard means. The same applies to corresponding obsolete entries in tables RFCDES and RFCDESSECU.
