Symptom

  • You want to print the phone number and the email address of the contact person on the billing document output form.
  • In the XML these fields are available but they´re not filled.

Cause

The phone number and email address of the contact person is not correctly maintained.

Resolution

  1. Go to the 'Maintain Business Partner' app 
  2. Click 'Open BP'
  3. Enter the business partner number
  4. Go to 'Relationships'
  5. Go to 'Is Contact Person For' tab
  6. Click Edit

  8. Enter telephone and email address
