SAP SuccessFactors import and export background jobs can be monitored from the central Monitor Jobs tool in the SuccessFactors instance. This tool gives the status of the job execution. In case of success, it shows the number of successful records. In case error, an administrator can download the audit trail of the job run to identify the failed records and the reason for failure.
