3011576 - Unable to complete MPH due to National ID/Position exist issue after 2nd Rehire Verification - Onboarding 2.0

• On the second rehire check, Manage Pending Hires page fails with the error "National ID/Position already exists".
• Position already occupied by another user.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0

1. Login to the instance
2. Initiate Onboarding for a rehire user
3. Onboard as new hire in first rehire step
4. Complete New Hire Data Review (NHDR) and Personal Data Collection (PDC) steps.
5. Onboard as rehire in second rehire check

A code-fix has already been introduced by the engineering team to be deployed on b2105 release, and is scheduled to be patched on 19th January, 2021. Note that this is subject to changes.
