Symptom
You have adapted an user interface (UI) screen by adding an extension field via adaptation mode, which is part of the Key User Tools (KUT) functionality.
Once you have used Transport Management to move this field from one system to another, you notice that the extension field is not visible in the UI from the other system.

Resolution
If the Transport Request did not fail, then start the adaptation mode in the UI of the target system and check that the field exists in the system and needs to added to the screen manually.
