3011765 - PY-FR: DSN Clarification about the filling of Block 81 (as from P21V01)

Symptom

Starting from DSN version P21V01 it was communicated by GIP-MDS that filtering fields of block 81 (per OPS and contribution type) is not needed anymore. It is the OPS that received the data that have to consider only required information. It was the default mechanism deliver by SAP from DSN version P21V01. Unfortunately this gives for some OPS a DSN -VAL error.
