3012006 - No Journal Entry Created for Reported Withholding Tax Return

You have released and reported a Withholding Tax Return, but no Journal Entry was generated.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Tax Management work center. 
2. Go to the Withholding Tax Returns view.
3. Select the relevant Tax Return.
4. Click View.

There is no Journal ID under the Accounting Information section.

The reason why no Journal Entry was created is that the Tax Amounts are zero.

You can check this using the steps below:

1. Go to the Tax Management work center. 
2. Go to the Withholding Tax Returns view.
3. Select the relevant Tax Return.
4. Click View.
5. Check the Tax Return Amounts section.

In case these Amounts are zero there will be no Journal Entry.

System is working as designed.
