Symptom

Some users are configured as Explicit recipient builder in an Onboarding 2.0 notification mail settings, but some of them didn't receive the mail.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

1. Email Service > Active Templates

2. Select a template

3. Click on "Customize" button

4. Step.3 Define Email Content

5. Select "Explicit recipient builder" in "To Recipient Builder" field

6. Add some users and email addresses in explicitRecipients  part

7. When the mail is triggered, the user "test" doesn't receive the mail in his mail box "testmail@123.com"

Resolution

It's an expected behavior. Explicit recipient builder will send the e-mail only to the active BIzx User. 

In this case, "test" is not a valid user with email address "testmail@123.com", so the mail will not be sent to this user.
