You are receiving the error OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED when trying to update an Over-the-Counter or Customer Invoice Request via Web Service.

Send the Payload Request using any middleware.

When using External Invoice Request in Over-the-Counter or Customer Invoice Request, it is expected that the gross amount of the transaction would be greater than 0 (zero).

This is the system expected behavior.

Please ensure that the value being used for gross amount is greater than 0 (zero).
