Symptom

You integrated Jam with Mentoring module and have received the notification below:

It looks like the automatic invitation for [USER_NAME] to the Jam Group for Mentoring Program [PROGRAM_NAME] has failed. Please click [JAM_GROUP_NAME] to invite these users now.

Cause

1) The root cause is that the group you are working is a subgroup of a main group and the user your are trying to invite, it is not a member of the main group;

2) The user you are trying to invite already is a member of the group.

Resolution

1) The root cause is that the group you are working is a subgroup of a main group and the user your are trying to invite, it is not a member of the main group;

Solution:

You should invite the user to the main group first and after invite to the subgroup.

2) The user you are trying to invite already is a member of the group.

Solution:

Please, check the group and confirm if the user is already a member or not. If the user is not a member of this group, please, open a case informing:
