3012149 - Draft Offer cannot be canceled - Recruiting Management

When an Offer Detail has been approved but is then edited, the draft version cannot be canceled and needs to go to another offer approval process

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create an Offer Approval

2. Follow the Approval Process

3. Once the Offer has been approved modify or edit the approve offer

4. Offer is now in draft 

This is an expected system behavior wherein once the approved Offer has been modified or edited it needs to go to an Offer Approval process again, also you may see that there is a cancel button on the Offer Approval page, said Cancel button is used to cancel all changes that were made on the draft version of the Offer, it is not used to cancel the draft status of the said offer.
