3012283 - Error - Could not determine the cost center for employee

While trying to staff an employee to a workpackage in a customer project in "Plan Customer Project" app, the following error occurs "Could not determine the cost center for employee".

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Go to app plan customer project.
2. Select and open the project.
3. Go to teams tab.
4. Add the role.
5. Then add the resource to that role and save.

The effort distributted for the role, falls outside the employment period of the employee.

For example,

Workpackage duration :  January 2021 to December 2021

Effort '1H 'distributed for the Workpackage : January 2021

Employee's employement duration : June 2021 to December 2021

Kindly change the effort distributed within the employement period of the employee.
