3012414 - BPE Tile is not Available in the Home Page - Onboarding

Symptom

BPE Tile is not Available in the Home Page 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Initiate candidate from RCM
  2. After successful initiation, The candidate is not available in the Dashboard.
  3. When we try to check in BPE Monitor process, The job is unfinished with the the Error Logs.
  4. There is no BPE error is available in the BPE Tile. (Although you have all the permission's - BPEAdmin user).

Resolution

  1. The User Task for our BPE Errors in the BPE Flow you have to go to provisioning and enable “Instance Synchronization”;
  2. Then you have to add an additional permission to the role you assign to the BPE User: Manage Instance Synchronization : Sync MDF Picklists.

If this feature is not available, Then do RBP Refresh and check with the new candidate.

The user will get the BPE Error in BPE Tile if any job is unfinished.
