3012539 - Entries in Time Account Type Accrual Transfer History with Duplicate Original Date

Time Account Type Accrual Transfer History entries are all supposed to have different values in their "Original Date" field.

Due to certain errors during entitlement creation, it could happen that a system contains multiple Time Account Type Accrual Transfer History entries having the same "Original Date" value after the initial migration of the Time Account Type Accrual Transfer with H2 2020 release. In this case the transfer date recalculation which automatically adjusts transfer dates can run into an error.

Employee Central, Tme Off

• In the Manage Data view of the Time Account Type Accrual Transfer object, multiple history entries with same original dates and Date Type "Transfer Date" can be found:

Note: The Time Account Type Accrual Transfer History is secured by default. You might first need to grant the respective permission to view it.

If history isn't visible, you need to grant the necessary permission under Manage Permission Roles > User Permissions > Time Management Object Permissions

• Transfer date adjustment for the affected users results in the user's Workbench > Time Alerts tab containing text: "An error occurred while attempting to adjust transfer dates. Several transfer dates fall on the same date"

• Recalculation event status is "Completed with errors"

Manually delete one of the duplicate entries.

If multiple users are affected or you want to know whether multiple users are affected, open a support ticket for the Time Off application under component "LOD-SF-EC-TIM".

You will be provided a CSV file with the affected Time Account Type Accrual Transfer objects which you can import to delete the duplicate entries all at once.
