Error occurs during job information update relating to Time Sheet fields:

" ***** is an invalid external code for TimeRecordingProfile. You can validate the external code using the Foundation Object AdHoc report or Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures page. For Generic Objects, refer to the Manage Data page. In case the value is correct, verify that it is active as of the start date."

Employee Central, Time Sheet

Time Sheet feature is not currently enabled, however Time Sheet fields are still enabled in BCUI. This mismatch causes the validation error.

Disable the Time sheet fields mentioned in error message if not using Time Sheet feature
Examples:

• Time Recording Profile
• Time Recording Admissibility

1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration
2. Select Job Info element
3. Navigate to Time sheet fields mentioned in error message, for example  "Time Recording Profile" & "Time Recording Admissibility"
4. Disable these fields and save changes
