3012561 - Document Center Standard Export is not working - Onboarding 1.0

• In SuperAdmin, DocCenterStandardExportFeature is active but for some reason files are failing. Customer is not receveing file in SFTP site.
• Document Center Standard Export is failing to send the file to our SFTP site.
• Onboarding Documents are not going to SFTP site and impacting downstream system.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Log into Super Admin
2. Go to Features
3. Make sure DocCenterStandardExportFeature is active.

Open a support ticket with SAP Onboading product support. They will engage Operation to check the system setting in the backend.
