The communication arrangement "ID Mapping Replication from SAP Business Suite" is not available for configuration when setting up the integration of Master Data with C4C.

You are setting up the integration of Master Data from your external system to C4C. When configuring the communication arrangements in C4C, you are unable to find the Communication Arrangement "ID Mapping Replication from SAP Business Suite" in the list.

This is the standard system behavior.

To be able to configure the Communication Arrangement, you need to select the below Scoping Question in the Business Configuration of the system:

Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> Integration of Master Data -> Do you want to replicate ID mapping from an external application to your cloud solution?
