3012615 - Missing Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown Reports

You are looking for both the 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (Item Type) [FININVU15_Q0001]' and 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (G/L Account) [FININVU15_Q0002]' reports, but when accessing Design Reports work center view they are not visible.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Go to the Design Reports work center view.
3. Search for the report 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (Item Type)' or 'FININVU15_Q0001'.
4. You can see no results.

Both 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (Item Type) [FININVU15_Q0001]' and 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (G/L Account) [FININVU15_Q0002]' reports are not available because there is a missing scoping question which enables these reports. The 'Actual Costing' scoping question was not selected in the Business Configuration. You can check if the question was scope following these steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects work center view.
3. Select your Implementation Project. 
4. Click on Edit Project Scope.
5. Go to Scoping.
6. Select Financial and Management Accounting > Inventory Valuation.
7. You can see the 'Actual Costing' question was not selected.

In order to have both 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (Item Type) [FININVU15_Q0001]' and 'Material Actual Costing - Cost Breakdown (G/L Account) [FININVU15_Q0002]' reports available, you need to scope the 'Actual Costing' question. You can follow these steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Implementation Projects work center view.
3. Select your Implementation Project. 
4. Click on Edit Project Scope.
5. Go to Scoping.
6. Select Financial and Management Accounting > Inventory Valuation.
7. Check 'Actual Costing' checkbox. 
8. Save it

Then, you will be able to see those reports under Business Analytics.
