The Succession Org Chart allows the Succession Planners to see Development Goals and add new ones when adding a successor via Succession Org Chart / Position Tile.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Succession Org Chart / Position Tile.
  2. Add Successor
  3. Select Nominee
  4. At the bottom of the Nomination Card, you'll see Development Goals if any, including an option to Add a goal if create permission is granted.
