3012772 - Manager Received Consolidated Email for Completed Performance Form

A manager received a consolidated email for a completed performance form which was completed prior to the consolidated email being sent.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. For the specific document email notification, the Consolidate notifications for the same recipient into one single email. setting is enabled
2. The Process Batched Emails job has been set to run at a specific time
3. Manager completed a performance review for an employee
4. The manager receives a consolidated email for the completed performance form

This is expected system behavior. 

The Process Batched Emails job does not judge what step a performance form is in. Once the job is set up, it will capture all related email triggering events and send the email out to the corresponding recipients at the time specified.
