3012857 - Material Description is missing in "Create Outbound Files - China" app

Material Description has been maintained in Chinese and the login language is also Chinese, but it is empty in "Create Outbound Files - China" app.

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open app  "Create Outbound Files - China" and fill in mandatory fields
2. Execute and "Material Description" is under "Invoice Data"
3. The Material Description is empty

The language of the computer operation system is not right or the Material Description has been maintained in "Traditional Chinese".

Set the computer operation system language to Chinese and also set Material Description as "Simplified Chinese".
