3012866 - Commentary service unavailable when using Audit Database (HANA) to host comments

• The option to select "Insert Comments" is grayed out when editing Web Intelligence (webi) reports via BI Launchpad
• The commentary service is set to use the Audit Database hosted on HANA
• How to configure BI Commentary with SAP HANA Database
• APS Commentary start up logs show us the following:
