You set up a shopping cart countdown in your WOW-Shop but you observed that the countdown expired and the basked still includes the tickets.
As soon as tickets are added to the shopping cart, the countdown begins.
A notice appears after the expiry. If you confirm this, you can call up the shopping cart again, in which the selected tickets are also included.
