You want to prepone or postpone a system upgrade to the next dates or releases.

Resolution
- If you as a customer are under Private edition, you will be having option to prepone/postpone the upgrades. As you will having dedicated system, under that system only your tenants will be hosted. If you want to prepone/postpone that can be discussed via Incidents.
- If your tenants are hosted in the Public systems, where along with your tenants other customer tenants will also be hosted, so prepone/postpone will impact other customer tenants as well, so it is not possible perform the changes to the upgrade timelines.
Note:
- Please internally check are you in Public/Private Edition, if you are not sure, create incident to SAP for the same.
- If you are in private edition, we would be requiring the Future date in the format DD/MM/YYYY and Timezone only in UTC along with that, please specify the tenant URL for which upgrade timeline to be changed.
- If you want to change the upgrade timeline, incident to be created at least week before (not in same week/ a day/2 day before), so that we can align with our internal teams and accommodate the changes accordingly.
