You are extracting data from a Cloud for Customer data source into your BW system. When you check the data in BW, you notice html tags around the actual data entry.
Environment
- SAP Cloud for Customer
- Integration with BW
Cause
When you enter a formatted value in a rich text field, the value is stored with html tags in your C4C system.
On the report level, these tags are interpreted as a specific format (bold, colors, etc) and shown accordingly.
During the BW integration, the data is with html tags, just like it is stored.
Resolution
This is currently the expected behavior. You can register suggestions for product enhancements on the Influence Portal.
